Shipping

Most kits and individual parts ship on the same day your order is placed. Finished loudspeakers are made to order and generally ship within 8 weeks. If your order will be delayed, you will receive an email telling you when we expect it to ship. Either way we will send you an email notifying you of order status and tracking information.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If it is easier for you to have your order sent to your office or a neighbor, let us know. We can ship wherever is best for you. Please use the Shipping Address section during checkout to enter an alternate or preferred shipping address.

Cancellation

Parts orders may be cancelled or returned, subject to the refund policy stated below. However, finished loudspeakers are built to order so cancellations after construction has begun are not permitted.

Money Orders

If you would like to order by money order, add the items you want to the shopping cart and select money order as the payment method to get your order total including shipping. Send a money order made out to π Speakers along with all the pertinent information to:

Refund Policy

We will accept refunds within 30 days from shipping date and credit your Account for the amount of the merchandise minus 10% restocking fee. Item must be returned postage paid, COD items will be refused. This Refund policy is only for items that are returned in unused condition. π Speakers Reserves The right to inspect Products for damage or wear.
